Car Mounts for the Garmin DriveAssist 51LMT-S GPS and Dash Cam

Continuing our series of articles for the Garmin 2017 series, let’s discuss mounts for the Garmin DriveAssist 51LMT-S.  This is my favorite of the Drive line.  Integration of a dash cam with a GPS device makes a lot of sense to me.  Garmin must agree as they continue their successful integration of the two technologies. Garmin Bean Bag Mount Product Review

The most popular mount for a Garmin vehicular GPS is the Garmin Portable Friction Mount.  The mount is manufactured by Garmin and is an extraordinarily popular mount.  They officially refer to it as the portable friction mount but I still call it the Garmin bean bag mount.  It has been available since the days of the first Garmin Nuvi which ironically is the model shown in the photo that accompanies this review. Car Mounts for the Garmin DriveAssist 50LMT
