Phone, GPS and Tablet Mounts for a Nissan Altima

This was an easy one.  The Nissan Altima can work with almost any mount.  This might be the easiest vehicle of them all to mount a smartphone or GPS.  A tablet is a little trickier due to the size of the car.  Not a lot that will not work in this car but there are a few locations that will work better than others. Our usual photo of the interior accompanies this article.  It’s a very conventional design.  Not a lot of unexpected curves or lips.  Even the seat bolt is exposed.  Normally, I go on to say which mounts won’t work. … Read more

Phone, GPS and Tablet Mounts for a Service Van

A service van such as the one that is in the photo has some unique physical characteristics.  I suppose they’re all different but the ones I have been inside have a small hood and for reasons I still can’t figure out, the drivers always seem to following the guy in front of them too closely.  Maybe they were just messing with me, but I had to ask they make special accommodations to keep me from jumping out of the van.
