How do I return an item?
What is your return policy?
All returns must be complete and in new unused condition. Shipping charges are not refundable and if a free shipping promotion was used, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Returns can be made within 30 days of the shipping date. All returns require an RA#.

Is there a Holiday Return extension?
Yes! All purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas can be returned thru January 15. You may follow the same process as outlined above to request an RA#.
How will I get my refund?
You can expect a refund within 7 business days after we receive your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Will MountGuys replace defective items?
We will replace defective items with the same or similar item only, within 30 days from the shipment date. Defective replacements are shipped via Standard Shipping. After 30 days from the shipment date, the terms of the manufacturer warranty will apply and you should contact them directly. All defective returns are thoroughly tested to verify the defect - if the defect cannot be verified, your item will be returned to you. May I exchange my item for a different one?
Yes, within the return period, you may return that item for an exchange with a different item. To exchange an item, request an RA# for the original item and return it to us.
Who pays to return a defective item?
MountGuys shares in the shipping costs for defective items. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item(s) to us, and we will then ship the replacement item to you at no cost.
How do I ship the returned items?
Pack the items well. Typically you can use the box we used to ship your items to you. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipping to us. Please ensure the RA# is written on the outside of the box to expedite your return.
