If you have a spare cup holder, then you have a place for this really cool head mount.
The popular Cup Holder Pedestal is about 5" tall. It features an adjustable flywheel base that expands to fit varying cup holder opening except for those that are so large that the 7-Eleven Big Gulp falls over.
Mounting is a fairly simple operation. You will need a mounting bracket such as the YSK-8900 (this is not included). Our mount includes a standard AMPS mounting pattern. Most Yaesu mounting kits fit our hardware fine, but a few will need to have a few holes drilled thru it to fit the AMPS pattern, and after you do that, the fit is very clean. |
