Pivots and swivels and is very easy to apply.  Excellent suction cup design using a twist lock mount.  This is an extremely strong mount and an excellent value.

Well made cradle with expandable padded sides and a padded back.  There are bottom supports that are adjustable to expose power connections if required.  The expandable sides open with a push of the side button.  The rear has a standard pattern for attaching to a RAM-B-238U mounting diamond.  

This combination includes the RAP-B-166-2U mount and RAM-HOL-UN5U cradle.
