So you purchased a new Garmin GXM30 and can't figure out where to put it?  All you need is a clear line of site to the sky and whatever you do don't use the Garmin mount which screws to your dashboard!

Here's how it works.  Our heavy duty suction mount system is combined with a mounting plate.  The suction is rated to hold 20 pounds.  We use this suction system to hold devices such as GPS, satellite radios, PDAs and iPods (check our store if you need accessories for these devices).  Once it is attached to your windshield, it isn't coming down unless you want it to by pressing on the suction release.

Secondly, the angle of the mounting plate can be adjusted up and down.  Your device attaches to the mounting plate with 2 magnetic strips which we provide (or you can use the ones that come with the GPS 10).  It really looks great as you can see in the pictures.
