The RAM X-Grip II cradle is a uniquely designed holder that compliments both your tablet and interior auto design.  Your device is easily inserted and removed by parting the spring loaded grips.  It is securely held in place by the spring loaded side grips.  These fit the vast majority of 7" tablets on the market (we list a few below).  These cradles are coupled with the RAM EZ-Strap mount.  The strap can be cut to fit diameters from .5 to 2.58 inches.  These are great for attaching your device to exercise equipment as well as a bicycle handlebar.
